About
How this operation actually works
Not a company history. The rules we hold ourselves to, written where a customer can check them against the rest of the site.
In short
Relax Mobile Massage is an outcall massage service operating across Bangkok, twenty-four hours a day. Every therapist holds a Thai Ministry of Public Health licence, every booking is confirmed with the therapist's name before she travels, the treatment price is the same in every district, and the service is therapeutic massage only.
One price, quoted before anyone travels
The treatment price does not change by district, building or hour. Sixty minutes of traditional Thai costs the same in Bang Na at three in the morning as it does at Asok on a Tuesday afternoon, and there is no night rate, no weekend rate and no minimum booking.
The one thing distance does change is the transportation support fee, which applies beyond seven kilometres and is banded by distance. It is always inside the single total we quote before the therapist sets off, never added at the door. We publish the bands rather than describing them, because a fee somebody discovers on a landing is a fee that produces a refund and a review.
Payment happens after the treatment. Nothing is taken at booking and no deposit is held. If a number appears at the end that was not in the confirmation message, that is our mistake and we will honour the message.
You know who is coming
Every confirmed booking carries the therapist's name before she leaves. That is the whole point of booking through an operator rather than a listing: somebody has a roster, knows who is on it, and can tell you.
An operator who cannot name the person arriving at your door is not running a roster. They are forwarding your address to whoever answered, and there is nobody accountable if the evening goes wrong.
It runs in both directions. Therapists travelling alone to unfamiliar addresses late at night take a considerably larger risk than the customer does, which is why bookings are confirmed by message with a working number rather than accepted blind.
What we will not claim
Massage marketing tends to promise more than the research supports, and this site deliberately does not. Where the NIH finds the evidence for a therapeutic benefit is weak, our journal says so, including on the pages where a stronger claim would sell better.
The clearest example is back pain. The American College of Physicians guideline includes massage as an option for recent low back pain on low-quality evidence, and does not recommend it for chronic low back pain at all. That sentence is on our page about back pain, not buried.
What we will say is that an hour reliably feels good and reliably loosens a body that has seized up. That is true, and it is enough to justify the booking on its own. Anything that needs actual treatment needs a clinician instead.
What we publish, and what we hold back
We do not publish reviews we have not verified. There are none on the site at the moment for exactly that reason, and there is no aggregate rating in our structured data either. A star rating built from nothing is the easiest thing in the world to add and the fastest way to make everything else on a site untrustworthy.
We name hotels and condominium buildings as places we travel to, with a checked address and a nearest station, and nothing more. We do not describe their rooms, quote their visitor policies or imply any relationship with them, because we have none.
Where a fact came from somewhere, the page says where and when it was checked. The journal carries a source on every post with the date the link was last confirmed.
Therapeutic massage only
This is a therapeutic massage service and nothing else. Every treatment is a named treatment with a stated duration and price, standard draping applies throughout, and there is no other menu.
Anything asked for beyond that ends the visit, with the full amount still due. We put it in writing rather than leaving it to be inferred, because ambiguity here helps nobody and it is the part of the job therapists find hardest.
It applies in the other direction too. If a therapist behaves unprofessionally, tell us immediately and expect it to be taken seriously rather than smoothed over.
Questions people ask
- Are you an agency or a spa?
- An outcall operator. There is no shopfront to visit: we hold a roster of licensed therapists and dispatch them to hotels, condominiums and homes across Bangkok. That is why every booking comes with a name rather than an anonymous slot.
- Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
- We are. Contact us rather than taking it up with the therapist at your door, who did the work and had no say in the pricing or the scheduling. Complaints about conduct are treated as serious rather than as feedback.
- Why are there no reviews on the site?
- Because none have been verified yet. Placeholder reviews were written during the build and are deliberately not published, and there is no aggregate rating in our structured data either. Real ones will appear when there are real ones.
Where to go next
Judge us on a booking
Everything above is checkable against the rest of the site. The quickest test is to send a message and see whether the confirmation carries a total, an arrival window and a name.
