Do I give you the station or the address?

The address, always. The station is useful to us for working out the route and the timing, but a therapist needs a building to walk to. Send both and the estimate we give you will be the one that happens.

There is a conference on. How far ahead should I book?

The day before. Event weeks are the only time this pocket is genuinely busy, and the hotels around the centre fill together rather than gradually. Outside those weeks an hour is plenty and a same-evening request is usually fine.

Is this the same as Asok?
