About

Safety, draping and boundaries

The rules that apply once the door closes. They protect the person on the table and the person doing the work, and they are not negotiable in either direction.

In short

Draping applies throughout every oil treatment, with only the area being worked uncovered at any moment. The service is therapeutic massage only and requests for anything else end the appointment. Medical conditions should be disclosed at booking rather than at the door, because they change who we send and what she does.

Draping, and what undressing actually means

For an oil treatment you undress to your underwear and lie under a towel. The therapist moves it as she works so only the area being treated is uncovered, and folds it back before moving on. You should never be lying uncovered waiting for the next section.

She leaves the room or turns away while you get under the towel, and again at the end. That is standard and you should not have to ask for it.

For traditional Thai you stay fully clothed throughout, which is one reason a lot of first-time customers choose it. Draping is not negotiable and does not get relaxed on request.

If anything about the draping feels wrong at any point, say so immediately. A professional corrects it without a word of discussion.

Tell us the medical things at booking

Pregnancy, recent surgery, blood thinners, osteoporosis, a clotting disorder, cancer treatment or any condition under active treatment. Say so when you book, not when she arrives, because it changes who we send and what she does.

There is a version of nearly every treatment that is safe for nearly everybody, but only if the conversation happens beforehand. Nobody can assess that standing in a corridor with a bag of linen under one arm.

Some bookings we will decline or ask you to clear with a doctor first. That is the system working rather than an overreaction, and it applies to a small number of cases.

The overall risk picture is reassuring. The NIH reports the risk of harm from massage as low, with serious side effects rare. What keeps it near zero is the disclosure, which is why we ask.

Conduct, in both directions

This is therapeutic massage only. There are no additional services, there is nothing to negotiate, and asking ends the appointment with the booking charged in full.

We state that plainly because vagueness helps nobody. Most customers would never ask, and the ones who would should know the answer before a therapist is standing at their door rather than after.

The same standard binds us. If a therapist is late without warning, unprofessional, or makes you uncomfortable in any way, tell us and expect it to be taken seriously rather than managed away. She is answerable to us and we are answerable to you.

Suggestive messages at the booking stage are dealt with before anybody travels, which is one more reason bookings are confirmed in writing.

Sensible precautions, said once

Keep your wallet, passport and phone somewhere deliberate rather than loose on a bed you are about to lie face down on. This is ordinary prudence with any visitor and not a comment on therapists.

Have a working phone number on the booking. If she cannot reach you she cannot find you, and the most common way an evening goes wrong is a guest whose phone is in another room on silent.

If you have been drinking heavily, move the booking. Alcohol and a long massage produce nausea and a worse morning, and every therapist in this trade has a story about it.

If you feel unwell, feverish or have anything contagious, move it too. Changing a booking for that reason is free and always will be.

Questions people ask

Is it safe to book an outcall massage as a woman alone?
Many of our customers are women booking alone. Every confirmed booking carries the therapist's name before she travels, so you are not opening the door to an unknown person, and you can request a female therapist. If anything feels wrong, ending the appointment is always available to you and will not be argued with.
What happens if I need to stop the treatment early?
Say so and it stops, with no discussion required. The booked length is what gets charged, since the slot was held and the journey already made, but nobody will press you to continue.
Do you keep records of my medical disclosures?
Only what is needed to send the right therapist and brief her, and only for as long as that takes. What we hold and for how long is set out on the privacy page, which is written to Thailand's PDPA.

Judge us on a booking

Everything above is checkable against the rest of the site. The quickest test is to send a message and see whether the confirmation carries a total, an arrival window and a name.
