A group booking is several people at the same address each having a full massage, rather than a rotating queue of short sessions. It suits families, groups of friends sharing a villa, colleagues after a conference, and hen or stag weekends.
Two people is a couples booking and has its own page. Three or more is where the scheduling starts to matter, and this page is about how that is arranged.

Everyone at once, or one after another
Simultaneous means one therapist per person, all treated at the same time, and it needs a room or rooms that can take that. A villa or a large suite is ideal. Three people at once in a standard hotel room is not realistic.
Consecutive means fewer therapists working through the group in sequence, which needs far less space and takes longer overall. Three people with one therapist doing sixty minutes each is a three hour block.
Most groups end up in the middle: two therapists working through four or six people in pairs. It halves the total time without needing a villa.
Where groups actually book
Villas and pool houses, most commonly, where there is room for several people to be treated at once and nobody minds the whole afternoon going to it.
Hotel suites, for smaller groups. Two bedrooms and a living area comfortably takes three simultaneous treatments.
Serviced apartments and larger condos, usually for colleagues rather than holidaymakers. Those tend to run consecutively in the evening after work.
Everyone can choose their own treatment
There is no requirement for a group to book the same thing. One person can have deep tissue while another has aromatherapy and a third has traditional Thai, and the therapists work to their own treatment.
The only thing worth matching is the length, if you want everyone to finish together. Different durations are fine if people are happy to finish at different times.
Traditional Thai is the one that changes the space calculation, since it needs floor rather than a bed. In a group of four, one person choosing Thai is easy; all four choosing it needs a lot of floor.
How much notice a group needs
A day for three or four people, and several days for anything larger. This is the one part of the service where same-day is genuinely difficult, because every additional therapist has to be free at the same hour and heading to the same address.
Weekend evenings need the most notice, since that is when demand across the city peaks.

The group rate, and who gets it
The rate applies to the booking rather than to any one person in it, so a party of six all having different treatments at different lengths still takes 10% off the total.
Below five there is no discount, and that is the only thing that changes. Three or four people at one address is arranged in exactly the same way, needs the same notice, and is quoted at the ordinary price list. We are not refusing to come for four.
The transportation support fee is charged as normal and is not part of the 10%. It reimburses a journey that costs the same whether one person is treated at that address or six, so discounting it would mean discounting somebody's petrol rather than our own work.
Paying for a group
Priced per person and per treatment, exactly as an individual booking would be, with the group rate taken off the total at the end rather than person by person. There is no group surcharge and no minimum spend beyond the treatments themselves.
One person can settle for everybody or each can pay their own, whichever is less awkward. Say which when you book so the therapists know what to expect at the end. If the group is splitting it and the group rate applies, we work out each share after the discount rather than leaving you to do that arithmetic on a doorstep.
Payment is still after the treatments rather than up front, and no deposit is taken regardless of group size. Prepaid pack credit can settle a group booking too, and it pays whatever the booking comes to once the group rate has been applied.
Running the timings on the day
For a consecutive booking, work out the order before the therapists arrive. It sounds obvious and it is the thing that most often turns a smooth afternoon into a confused one, with people wandering off just as it is their turn.
Leave ten minutes between sessions rather than running them back to back. The therapist needs to change her linen and reset, and whoever has just finished will want a few minutes before being expected to talk to anyone.
For a villa booking with several treatments happening at once, decide which rooms are being used in advance and say so when the therapists arrive. Sorting that out in the doorway with six people present takes twenty minutes nobody planned for.
