Condo massage in Bangkok, at your own place

For people who live here rather than visit. The building is usually the only complication, and it is a small one.

A condo massage is the same outcall booking as any other, delivered to a residential unit rather than a hotel room. The therapist brings oil and fresh sheets, works on your own bed, and leaves with everything she arrived with.

The difference is procedural rather than practical. Bangkok condo buildings run their own visitor systems, and how smoothly the first booking goes depends almost entirely on whether you know what your building expects. After that it becomes routine.

Getting a visitor into a Bangkok condo

Most buildings ask visitors to sign in at the ground floor desk and hand over identification, which is held until they leave. Many issue a temporary lift card, because the lifts in newer towers only travel to floors the card permits.

Some buildings will call your unit before letting anyone up. A few require the resident to come down and collect the visitor in person, which is more common in older buildings around Ari, Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai than in the newer Sukhumvit towers.

None of this is unusual and none of it needs explaining. Visitors arrive at condos all day long.

What the juristic office may want to know

Almost nothing, in practice. A therapist arriving with a small bag is indistinguishable from any other guest, and buildings do not ask what visitors are doing.

A handful of buildings restrict visitors after a certain hour, usually ten or eleven at night. If yours is one, it is worth checking before booking a two a.m. session, because the restriction sits with the building rather than with us.

If your building requires visitors to be pre-registered, add the therapist's name to the list when we confirm the booking. We send it in the confirmation message for exactly this reason.

Why residents book differently from visitors

Hotel guests book once, often late, usually as a treat. Residents book on a rhythm, and the pattern is noticeably different: shorter sessions, more often, and far more deep tissue and office syndrome than anything else.

Weeknight bookings between eight and eleven make up most of it, from people who have just got home. The other consistent block is Sunday afternoon.

Because the same therapist can come back, regulars tend to settle with one or two who know what their shoulder is doing. Ask for someone by name when you book and we will send her if she is free.

Space in a Bangkok condo

One-bedroom units are entirely fine. All that is needed is a bed and room to stand beside it, and the therapist works around the furniture rather than asking you to move it.

Studios are entirely workable, traditional Thai included, because every treatment is worked on the bed rather than around it. The only thing worth mentioning in a compact studio is whether the bed is boxed in against more than one wall.

Two-person bookings want a little more room. A one-bedroom with a second sleeping area is comfortable; a studio with a single bed is possible but worth agreeing in advance so nobody is improvising on arrival.

Which buildings and districts

Anywhere in the city. The heaviest concentration is along Sukhumvit from Asok out to On Nut, then Sathorn and Silom, then the Rama 9 and Ratchada corridor.

We reach the outer suburbs too, though arrival takes longer than the usual twenty to forty minutes and there may be a travel charge, which is quoted before you confirm rather than added afterwards.

Booking for someone else in the building

A fair share of condo bookings are made for somebody other than the person messaging: a partner who has had a long week, a parent visiting from abroad, a flatmate who has been complaining about their back for a month.

That works exactly as any other booking does, with one thing worth getting right. Tell us who will actually be there and whether they are expecting the therapist, because a knock at the door at nine in the evening is an unwelcome surprise otherwise.

If you are paying but will not be present, say so when you book and we will arrange payment with you separately rather than leaving the person on the table to work it out at the end.

Common questions

Will my building let a therapist come up?
Nearly always. She signs in at the desk, leaves identification and takes a lift card. Some buildings ring your unit first and a few ask you to come down and collect her.
What if my building restricts visitors at night?
That restriction belongs to the building rather than to us, so check with your juristic office. If there is a cut-off, book before it and the session can run past it, since the rule is usually about entry rather than presence.
Can I request the same therapist each time?
Yes, and most regulars do. Ask for her by name when you book and we will send her if she is free that evening.
Is a studio big enough?
Yes, for the whole menu. Everything is worked on the bed, traditional Thai included, so a compact studio takes the same list of treatments a suite does.
