Outcall work, described honestly
What the job actually is, including the parts that are harder than shop work. Read it before you decide whether it suits you.
In short
We take on licensed massage therapists for outcall work across Bangkok. Bookings come to you by message with the address, the treatment and the time already agreed, you travel to the customer, and you are paid after each treatment. You carry your own sheets, towels and oil.
What the work is
You are sent to a hotel room, a condominium or a private home, somewhere in Bangkok, to give a named treatment for a set length of time. The address, the treatment, the duration and the price are all agreed before you leave, so you are never negotiating on a landing.
You carry clean sheets, towels and oil, and you take everything away again. Every treatment is worked on the customer's own bed, so there is no mat and no table to haul up a stairwell. There is no premises, no shift rota to stand around in, and no walk-in customers.
The customer knows your name before you arrive. That is deliberate and it works in your favour: you are a named professional attending an appointment, not an anonymous person at a door.
The parts that are harder than shop work
The travel is real. Bangkok traffic is unpredictable and a booking on the far side of the city can take an hour each way. We band the transport contribution by distance so long journeys are paid for rather than absorbed, but the time is still your time.
The hours run late. A large share of the work lands after ten at night, which is exactly when the shops have closed and the demand has not. If working until two in the morning does not suit your life, this is the wrong job and it is better to know now.
You are on your own at the address. That is the single biggest difference from shop work and it is why we confirm every booking in writing with a working phone number, and why we do not accept bookings from customers who will not give one.
Some rooms are wrong for the treatment booked. A small hotel room will not take traditional Thai, and part of the job is saying so and offering the alternative rather than doing a compromised version.
What we do on our side
We take the booking, agree the price and confirm it in writing before you travel. You do not quote, you do not haggle, and you do not chase payment for a journey that was never agreed.
We screen the booking. Anyone asking for something other than a therapeutic massage is dealt with at the message stage, before anybody is dispatched. If it happens at the door regardless, you leave and the booking is charged in full.
We tell the customer your name in advance and we handle complaints ourselves rather than leaving you to argue at a door. If something goes wrong, it comes to us first.
We schedule against real arrival windows rather than promising customers a precise minute we both know is a guess.
How to get in touch
Message us with where you trained, how long you have been working, and which treatments you are strongest at. If you hold a Wat Pho certificate or another accredited school's, say so.
Tell us your licence status. Registration as a service provider under the Health Establishment Act is a requirement rather than a preference, and it is the first thing we check.
Tell us honestly which hours you will and will not work, and how far you are prepared to travel. Somebody who says no to late nights up front is far more useful to schedule around than somebody who says yes and then declines every booking after nine.
Pay is discussed directly rather than published here, because we would rather quote you a real figure for the work you would actually be doing than post a range and negotiate down from it.
About pay
We have not published a rate card, and we would rather say that plainly than put a wide range here and negotiate downwards from it. Pay is agreed directly, based on the treatments you offer and the hours you actually want. Ask in your first message and you will get a real figure rather than a bracket.
Questions we get asked
- Do I need my own equipment?
- Yes, though less than most outcall work asks for: clean sheets and towels for every booking, and oil. We work on the customer's bed, so there is no mat and no portable table to buy. If you are otherwise a good fit and equipment is the only obstacle, say so when you write and we will talk about it rather than ending the conversation there.
- Is this employment or freelance?
- The arrangement is discussed directly, because it depends on your licence status and how much you want to work. We would rather agree something real with you than publish one model here and then vary it for everybody.
- Do I have to accept every booking?
- No. You tell us the hours and the districts you cover and we schedule inside them. Declining an occasional booking is expected; declining most of what falls inside the hours you gave us means the hours were not accurate.
- What happens if a customer behaves inappropriately?
- You leave, and the booking is charged in full. Tell us immediately. That customer does not get another booking, and you will not be asked to justify the decision or smooth it over.

Tell us where you trained
Where you trained, how long you have worked, what you are strongest at, and the hours you actually want. That is enough for a first message.
