What to put in the message
Send these four things and we can usually reply with a therapist, a price and an arrival window in one message rather than three.
Where you are
The building name, and the soi number if you are on a long soi. On Sukhumvit, Thong Lo, Ekkamai or Lat Phrao the soi number matters more than the building name does. In a multi-tower condominium, the tower letter saves ten minutes.
When you want it
A time rather than as soon as possible. If you are not sure, say roughly when and we will tell you what is realistic for your district.
What you want
A treatment and a length if you know. If you do not, describe what hurts and we will tell you which one to take. That is a better message than picking from the menu.
A number that works here
One you will actually answer, on a Thai network or a messaging app you have open. A number that only receives messages over hotel wifi is the single most common cause of a therapist standing in a lobby.
