It is a multi-tower development, which is the one detail worth getting right when you book. Send the tower along with the floor and the unit. Arriving at the correct address and the wrong tower means going back down to a shared lobby and starting again, and on a site this size that is a real ten minutes.
Phrom Phong is also the one district on the Sukhumvit line with genuine weekday afternoon availability, so a booking here at eleven in the morning is far easier to fill than the same request almost anywhere else in the city. If you work from home, that is the window worth using.
